What kind of leaders do you work with?
Senior leaders and executives navigating complexity, growth, or transition. People who are already strong at what they do and want to lead with more clarity, steadiness, and impact. Most are leading teams of 10 to 200+ people across a range of industries.
How is this different from consulting or therapy?
Consulting gives you answers. Therapy explores the past. Coaching builds the specific capacities that make your leadership consistent under pressure. The focus is forward: who you're becoming as a leader and what that makes possible.
What does a typical engagement look like?
We meet every 2 to 4 weeks for 60-minute sessions, typically over 3, 6, or 12 month engagements. Some leaders continue with ongoing partnerships because the time to think deeply about their leadership becomes essential to how they operate. Learn more about how coaching works. Every engagement starts with a call so we can both determine fit.
Is everything confidential?
Completely. What you share in coaching stays in coaching. You can think out loud, challenge your own assumptions, and explore what's really going on without concern about how it will be perceived.
What if my organization is sponsoring the coaching?
Many leaders work with organizational sponsorship. In those cases, we can provide progress updates to stakeholders in terms of themes and development areas, but the content of individual sessions remains confidential. We set clear agreements about this upfront so everyone is aligned.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If you're a leader who wants more than tactical advice. If you sense there's a gap between how you're leading and how you want to lead. If you're willing to be honest with yourself about what's working and what isn't. That's enough.
